Common Troubleshooting Guides

Audio Recording / Microphone Issues

  • Ensure you have granted microphone permissions to the app: **Settings > Bondly > Microphone**.
  • Your recorded voice notes are saved locally to your device's sandboxed storage. If the recording fails, verify that your device has sufficient free storage space.

Premium Features Not Unlocking

  • If you purchased Bondly Plus but packs are still locked, make sure you are connected to the internet and tap the **Restore Purchases** link at the bottom of the upgrade paywall screen.
  • This will fetch your latest active entitlement from App Store Connect / RevenueCat and unlock the premium packs.

Daily Question Not Updating

  • Ensure you open the app while connected to the internet to load the latest question updates.
  • If you are offline, the app will continue to display a fallback daily question card.
