1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Bondly app ("we", "us", "our"), these Terms and Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app, its source code, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Description of Service

Bondly provides couples conversation card packs, local voice-note recording gameplay, favorited question indexing, and a shared local journal designed to build closer relationship bonds and spark intimacy.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bondly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted or be error-free.

4. User Responsibilities & Data

Your relationship discussions, profiles, and voice recordings are stored locally on your device to ensure complete privacy. You are solely responsible for backing up your local device data.

5. Intellectual Property

The application itself, including all artwork, customized layout assets, source code, questions database, branding identifiers, and trademark rights associated with Bondly, belongs exclusively to us. Your use of the app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the service for personal connection.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bondly or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When updates are published, they will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Continued use of the app constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
